Based in Exeter, Aglow has extensive experience in carrying out Gas Safety checks. Our Gas Safe registered team check all your caterers’ Gas Safety Certificates and test appliances and installations prior to the start of your event ensuring the safe operation of all catering units on your site.
Our Festival & Event Services include:
Verification of all Gas Safety Certificates of individual caterers prior to the event, ensuring that their certificates are valid and have been carried out by companies that comply with current regulations.
Issuing Gas Safe Certificates on-site to individual caterers, if required.
Checking the condition of each traders’ equipment for any defects such as bypassed safety devices, no flame failure devices, incorrect flame picture, inaccessible shut off valves, damaged gas hoses and any fire hazards associated with the gas equipment or bottle storage. Most defects can be repaired on-site.
Carrying out a complete gas installation on site, chargeable to the individual caterers.
If required, we can stay on site for the duration of your event, offering a breakdown service for individual traders.
